1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TreeD Filaments ("we," "us," or "our") website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TreeD Filaments concerning your access to and use of the website and all associated services, features, content, and applications.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT at the rate of 22% unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment methods accepted include:

Bank Transfer (no processing fees) PayPal (3% processing fee applied) Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe (3% processing fee applied) Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. For bank transfers, orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment receipt, which may take 1-3 business days.

All payment processing is handled securely through our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability or stock limitations Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions Issues with payment authorization or verification You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund within 5-10 business days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following shipping methods:

Express Courier Delivery (€15.00) - Delivery within 2-3 business days Pickup at TreeD Filaments Location (Free) - Available during business hours Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

For international orders, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU) In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receipt 3D printer filament spools must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging Products must not show any signs of use, damage, or tampering All original packaging, labels, and documentation must be included Important: Due to the nature of 3D printer filaments, once a spool is opened or the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned unless defective. Filament materials are hygroscopic (absorb moisture from air) and exposure to air affects their quality and printability, making opened spools unsuitable for resale.

7.2 Return Process To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order Provide your order number and the items you wish to return Ship the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us Use a trackable shipping method (you bear the cost of return shipping) Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7.3 Refund Policy Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items:

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods Refunds will be issued to your original payment method Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error) Payment processing fees (3% for PayPal/Stripe) are non-refundable We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return shipping 7.4 Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or unsealed filament spools Custom-colored or special-order filaments Products that show signs of use or have been printed with Filaments stored improperly after delivery (exposed to moisture or sunlight) Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective) 7.5 Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging and product showing the damage or defect Video evidence of printing issues (if applicable) Description of the problem and how it manifests during printing Your order number and product details For confirmed defects or manufacturing issues, we will:

Provide a replacement product at no additional cost Cover all return and replacement shipping costs Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible Filament Quality Issues: If you experience printing issues, please contact our technical support team first. Many printing problems are related to printer settings, temperature, or environmental conditions rather than filament defects. We will work with you to troubleshoot before processing a return.

7.6 Wrong or Incomplete Orders If you receive the wrong item, wrong color, wrong diameter, or an incomplete order due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs and either:

Send you the correct item at no additional charge Provide a full refund including original shipping costs Please report shipping errors within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is void if products are:

Stored improperly or in unsuitable environmental conditions Used in applications for which they were not designed Modified or altered in any way Damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TREED FILAMENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The TreeD Filaments name and logo are trademarks of TreeD Filaments. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
